First Base Solutions accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card payment is required for all orders less than $500. Orders over $5000 paid by credit card may be subject to an additional transaction fee. Payment by credit card is expected at the time of purchase.
To pay by invoice, a billing account must be established for your company in advance. Please contact customer service to apply for an account. A company name, billing address, and phone and email contact for the account administrator are required to process your application.
Once invoiced, please make cheques payable to First Base Solutions Inc. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) after 30 days. First Base Solutions Inc. reserves the right to withhold all services and data deliveries, and disable your billing account until payment has been received.
